On Wednesday, the Florida city received a proposal.Officials from the tourist destination stated that Fort Lauderdale would be the first and only city on the East Coast to receive The Boring Co.'s technology in a Thursday statement.The City Commission will accept the proposal on Tuesday and then offer a competitive bidding process for other tunneling companies. According to the city, the Boring Company's plans will not be made public until the bidding process is over.Mayor Dean J. Three stops are located on the 1.7-mile loop that runs under the Las Vegas Convention Center.
