Ukraine 0-4 England: Three Lions book Euro 2020 semi-final at Wembley vs Denmark

After thrashing Ukraine, England secured a Euro 2020 semifinal clash at Wembley against Denmark. Harry Kane was the double.In Rome, the atmosphere was completely different from that at Wembley. Gareth Southgate's side set a tone with a goal in four minutes. Kane scored after a Raheem Sterling pass.England's pressing kept Andriy Shevchenko's team to scraps. Harry Maguire increased the lead with a brilliant Luke Shaw set piece (46). England quickly changed their mind and grabbed a third with the next attack to get one foot in the semi final.Kane was again the man as he bent to bring home his second goal of the evening. Shaw sent the ball again into the box, finding his captain unmarked six feet out.Southgate opted to replace Declan Rice, who was one booking away of missing the semi-final.Kane was playing like a man of the people and at the top his game. However, a Bushcan stopped in the air prevented Kane from scoring a spectacular hat-trick. England provided another memorable moment for the nation from the corner that resulted.Mount was ready for Henderson to score his first England goal in his 62nd cap. Henderson's 62 games for England are the longest wait of any player to score.Southgate called the changes and Kalvin Phillips Shaw, Sterling and Shaw were replaced. Kane was then off in 18 minutes.This was England's largest ever win at the European Championship and their biggest win in the knockout stage of a major tournament.
