8."Quit being loud. Respect others when you are out in public. Do not talk loudly on the phone, or use earbuds when playing games. Use a speaker phone. If you don't have earbuds, don't listen to music. If you live in a residential area, don't play your music in your vehicle. Maintain your vehicle well so that others don't have the opportunity to hear your exhaust/brakes/muffler. You shouldn't listen to music/videos/tv if you live near others, such as an apartment building. Headphones are a must if you like it loud. It's true, it would make life so much easier if everyone would STFU the majority of the time.
