Fox 11.CNN reported that James joked about asking if his "rich uncle" had given him the fortune. The mishap was fixed by Chase bank a few days later.Chase Bank stated in a statement that they had experienced a technical problem a few weeks ago, which affected a small number of accounts. All accounts now have accurate balances. The issue was fixed within a day.According to reports, the family didn't spend any money."We knew it wasn’t ours. "We didn't earn it so we couldn't make anything with it," James, a former officer in law enforcement, said to Fox 11.In April, a Louisiana woman was involved in a similar situation.
