Bezos instead envisions a more holistic approach to work and personal life.Bezos stated, "This work-life balance thing is what I try teach young employees as well as senior executives at Amazon." "But especially those coming in. Every day I am asked about work-life balance. My view is that this phrase is debilitating because it implies a trade-off.Bezos stated that he doesn’t separate his personal and professional lives.Bezos stated, "If I'm happy at home I come to work with tremendous energy."
