According to Politico, 22 sources spoke with the outlet, including former and current Harris staffers. They described poor morale as well as communication problems within Harris' office.One source said to Politico that people are "thrown under the bus at the top, there are few fuses and it is an abusive environment." It's not a healthy environment, and people are often mistreated. It is not a place people feel supported, but it is a place people feel like s---.Politico reported that Harris' trip to El Paso, Texas to visit the US-Mexico border was not planned in advance by some of his key staff and aides.
