MisenPromising review: I am a lifelong seeker of the perfect knife and have collected a lot of them. All claimed to be the best, from moderately to high-end. It's not true. I then tried the Misen Chef’s Knife. First, I was impressed by the fit and balance. Perfect. It then cut. Wow, it cuts an onion as thinly as the ones in the ads. I continued to cut everything I could find... Finally, perfection! It's also great that I don’t have to worry about my sharpening being wrong because I can send it off to Misen for free lifetime sharpening. It came in a nice box with the tip protector.
