Pipeline2 July 2021Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with NuovoRE today announced plans to open Pendry Cincinnati in the historic Gwynne Building at the intersection of Main Street & East 6th Street in Cincinnati. Ohio Services Development Agency awarded a $5 million historical tax credit to the historic office building, which housed Procter & Gamble Company's global headquarters for many decades. This historic tax credit will allow the building to be preserved and provide a variety of opportunities and services for the Cincinnati community. When the 1913 Beaux-Arts Building is completed, Pendry Cincinnati will emerge in 2023.Pendry Cincinnati will have approximately 168 guestrooms. This includes spacious suites and four unique lounges, restaurants, and bars. There is also a rooftop beer garden, caf and a bar. The hotel has 6,500 square feet indoor meeting and event space. It also boasts a 3,000-square foot ballroom. A Technogym and Peloton-equipped fitness centers will be featured at the hotel. Spa Pendry Cincinnati will offer a unique spa experience with treatment rooms and multiple facilities. It will also have a Spa Pendry Cincinnati that offers a holistic spa experience. Spa Pendry will be inspired by the Seven Hills of Cincinnati and its connections to Rome.Pendry Cincinnati is centrally located in downtown Cincinnati to provide services for leisure visitors, families, and business travelers. It will also be close to transportation and attractions. With a palette that includes warm woods and elegant natural stones, the hotel will be a tribute to its Beaux-Arts surroundings.
