Rachel Luba is Bauer's agent? Is it not true that the former UCLA gymnast has been very public about her representation of the pitcher for several years now.Yes. Team Bauer is familiar with Fetterolf. The righthander signed a three-year, $102million deal with the Dodgers last winter. The Washington Post referred directly to his agents Rachel Luba, and Jon Fetterolf.Fetterolf was a former player of basketball and baseball at Haverford College. He is now a partner at Zuckerman Spaeder. His bio states that he is a certified agent but his main focus is white collar defense. Jon represents individuals and companies under criminal investigation for antitrust violation, bribery and money laundering. He also handles a wide range of other financial frauds, such as tax, securities and accounting fraud.Fetterolf will revert to any person, provided that their check clears. This isn't the first time Fetterolf has been the counsel of a star pitcher in a case of sexual assault. Fetterolf argued in 2014 that the woman who accused former All-Star hurler Alfredo Simon, of rape, should not be allowed anonymity in civil proceedings. Jane Doe didn't have to disclose her identity and both sides settled.Fetterolfs other case that has made headlines is his federal suit against Cardinals pitcher Carlos Martinez. It was a bar fight. Fetterolf was thrown out by federal court. He is a good agent and does a good job. He has been credited for all of the white collar work Fetterolf did, but none of that has made it into the news. As Williams & Connolly's letterhead listed dozens of attorneys on Fetterolf's letterhead, the firm did include Fetterolf in a Congressional file. This was in response to Richard Cooper, the Senate Judiciary Committee.AdvertisementWhile Bauer and Luba might be in terminally ill health, Fetterolf is still alive. His involvement is a sign that this is serious.
