He also missed Atlanta's Game 4 win by 110 to 88.However, the Milwaukee Bucks will also be shorthanded in the matchup with Giannis Antetokounmpo, a superstar big man, being ruled out of the contest with hyperextended left knee.Young, 22 years old, has been nothing but spectacular in the postseason. Young averaged 29.8 points, 9.5 assists, and 1.3 steals per match while shooting 42.7 percent from behind the arc, 32.6 percent from three, and 86.6 percent from the line. His absence was averted by the Hawks in Game 4. Clint Capela, a center for the Hawks, will be available after suffering right eye inflammation in Game 4, after he was injured by an elbow. This is a crucial game as it would allow the Hawks to win Game 6 at home. To win the series, the Hawks must win Game 7 in Milwaukee.Young was not necessary for the Hawks' win. It would be huge for their title ambitions to do so again.
