The deal is reported to have cost 115 million, or 431,000 per room. The 4-star property is located in East London, near Shoreditch. It also has a rooftop bar and two restaurants. This acquisition is part of the ongoing partnership between Cerberus & Highgate. Kurfrstendamm is the project's location. It is one of the most famous streets in Berlin. The Frst project will be able to construct a total of 183,000 sqm of mixed use space. 60% of this area will be office and coworking spaces, while the rest will be leisure, retail, and hotel. This is an estimated value of around 2.5 billion. It is expected that the project will be completed by 2023's second half.Clarksons Platou acquires the Oslo hotel from Anthony B NelsonNorwegian property manager Anthony B Nelson AS purchased a 47-room hotel at Kongens Gate 7 (central Oslo) from a fund managed by Clarksons Platou, an investment arm of Norwegian shipbrokers Clarksons Platou. It covers 3,000 square meters and was last renovated in 2012. Clarksons Platou purchased the property from Ragde Eiendom AS, local institutional investors.
