This is because more solo and band stars from South Korea are having a significant commercial impact in the U.S. Eight different groups hailing from the Asian country have reached Nos. At least one of the eight groups from Asia has been between 1 and 10, but, somewhat surprising, only two are comprised of women.TWICE was the second South Korean girl band to chart a Top 10 Album on the Billboard 200, following Blackpinks. Their new EP Taste of Love debuted No. 6. Only two of them have been on the list more than once. TWICE has another win and is now tied with Blackpink for the number of charting titles.
