He was a Goodison manager who led the Toffees' eighth place in the Premier League. However, Silva was fired after a defeat of Liverpool by 5-2.Silva was born in England and worked at Hull for his first job. However, he was fired after the club was relegated from the Sky Bet Championship.Shahid Khan, Fulham chairman, said that he met Marco Silva in Portugal last Wednesday and was inspired. Marco's extensive work in football is evident. However, it was impressive to hear him describe his experiences as a head coach at each stop."Marco came prepared with a complete understanding of our players and ideas for how we can improve this season.
