Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo ruled out of Game 5 of Eastern Conference finals

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks' star, has been ruled out for Game 5 against the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference finals. The team announced Thursday.Antetokounmpo was injured in Game 4 on Tuesday. He was listed as doubtful for Thursday's game. Sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski (Zach Lowe) that an MRI did not show any structural damage or ligament damage.Sources claim that Antetokounmpo's expected return date is not known.The series is tied at 2-2.Antetokounmpo averaged 28.2 points, 12.7 boards and 5.2 assists during the postseason.Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela and Trae Young, Atlanta Hawks' star, have been listed as questionable for Thursday's game.Young was unable to play in Game 4 due to a bone injury in his right foot. Capela's right eye is now inflamed from an accidental elbow to the face in Game 4.Antetokounmpo was forced to leave Game 4 against Hawks just seven minutes into the third quarter, after landing awkwardly on the left leg during a contest for an alley-oop Capela from John Collins.Two-time MVP instantly fell to the ground and remained there for several minutes, with Bucks and Hawks players surrounding him. He was then helped to his feet.The Bucks have not yet indicated how they may adjust their starting lineup to include Antetokounmpo. The Bucks made Bobby Portis and Pat Connaughton the starting line-ups when Antetokounmpo was not available during the regular season.Connaughton stated that it is not something you need to consciously think about, "concluded Connaughton after Thursday's shootaround. It's about being ready to take advantage of opportunities when they present themselves. One of the most beautiful aspects about our team, I would say is that you are called to do different things at different nights.Milwaukee was 6-5 in the regular season, excluding Antetokounmpo's games.Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer stated Wednesday that they talk about ball movement, people movement, and playing free and organically. "... We have a lot talent so let them play.
