Topless Capitol protester caught when reporter tells him he was on camera at January insurrection

He described himself as a documentarian, and compared it to other broadcast journalists.He said, "I'm a documentarian." One member of the media was forced to leave the scene. According to the complaint, there was approximately $30,000 in damage.After finding Allen's YouTube channel, The Allen Report, Prosecutors were able identify Mr Allen, according to the document.
