It left her with "significant head trauma and facial trauma," according to doctors. The woman declared, under penalty of perjury, that she had agreed to consensual sexual sex. "But I didn't agree or consent to the next thing he did. I didn't consent to being sexually assaulted."The Pasadena police are continuing to investigate the alleged attacks, which occurred on April 21 and May 16 respectively. The ex parte order is temporary. It does not give the other party an opportunity to respond.According to Bauer's representatives, he plans to deny the account at a hearing on July 23. They had on Tuesday issued a statement denouncing Bauer's assault of the woman and calling their encounters "wholly congenital." Bauer's representatives also sent a series messages to the woman, saying that they were inviting her to rough sex and discussing how she wants him "gimme all of the pain" and "choke us out".Sources told ESPN that Major League Baseball has launched an investigation into Bauer as part of its joint domestic violence policy. MLB can put him on paid administrative leave for seven days, but since no arrests have been made, and Bauer has denied the assault allegations, the league will wait to see if the internal or police investigations are completed before making any decisions.Bauer signed a $102 million, three-year contract with the Dodgers last February. He is now being paid $40 millions this year. The declaration was first published by The Athletic on Wednesday. It began April 18, when Bauer was tagged in an Instagram post. He sent her an email and agreed to meet them at his home. She said that after talking for hours, they went to Bauer's bedroom and began to have sex. She said that Bauer pulled her hair and rubbed his hands down her throat in an "aggressive manner". He was asked to stop. She claims that he wrapped her hair around her neck, choked her and then left her to die. Bauer attacked her from behind, she claimed. She said that it was "extremely painful" and added that she had anal bleeding. Bauer asked her the next morning: "Do you feel a little sore today?"They continued to communicate. Bauer's representatives provided a series texts. These texts were not included in the woman’s protective order exhibits. Bauer asked Bauer whether she was choked and lost consciousness. Bauer answered affirmatively. Bauer mentioned that Bauer had slapped her in the face. She returned to Pasadena a week later. She replied that he asked her for a safe word, which she could use in case she felt uncomfortable while having sex. She answered, "What was off limits?" He asked her if she had any fingers in her throat.Bauer wrapped her hair around her neck, and she choked her again. She awoke to find that Trevor had started punching her face. Although this was the first punch that I felt, it's possible that Trevor was already punching and scratching my right side while I was unconscious.Bauer then followed her with closed-fist punches on the left side her jaw, her left side of the head, and both her cheekbones. She said that she was "frozen and scared" and could not speak or move. She said that he choked her once more and punched her in her vagina. She claimed she began "crying and violently shaking" at which point Bauer replied: "You are safe. I'm here. You are safe." According to his account, he later said that he would never do such things to her if it weren't sexually. Two black eyes, a swelling jaw and cheekbones and two black eyebrows later, the woman left. Her face was covered in scratches. On her left side, a bump appeared. Her upper lip split. Her lower lip was marked by a dark bruise. Her lower lip was covered in bruises. You need to be careful of where I hit you. You may also have a bruise if I punched your butt when you were not conscious. The woman was admitted to the hospital on May 17th, the day following the alleged assault. She was also diagnosed with an "acute head injury" as well as "assault via manual strangulation." San Diego police spoke to her. She stated that she tried to minimize what happened out of respect for her privacy and to avoid revealing what my statements could lead to. She said she did not want to press charges. The next day, Pasadena police questioned her. On May 21, she drove to Pasadena to get Bauer to confess to the things he did while being taped. The order stated that she asked Bauer what he did while she was unconscious and that he admitted to repeatedly punching her in the buttocks. Bauer tried to change the subject when she stated that "I didn’t ask to get punched" and that "this wasn’t a free for all."Bauer stated that he did not assault the woman. ESPN withheld her name because she claims she was a victim of sexual assault.According to the statement, "Mr. Bauer was involved in a brief, consensual relationship with [the woman] that began in April 2021." We have received messages showing that the woman repeatedly asked for 'rough' sexual encounters, including requests to be 'choked-out' and slapped in their faces. The woman drove from San Diego to Mr. Bauer’s Pasadena, Calif. residence, where she dictated what she wanted sexually to him. He did what she asked. After her two encounters with Mr. Bauer, the woman spent the night there and then left. She continued to text Mr. Bauer and exchange flirtatious and friendly banter with him throughout the night. The woman shared photographs of herself in the days that followed their final encounter and stated that she had received medical attention for a concussion. [The woman] did not respond with anger or accusation to Mr. Bauer's concern and confusion."Mr. Bauer has not corresponded with [the woman] in more than a month, and they have not seen each others in over six weeks. The basis she used to file a protection order was nonexistent and fraudulent. She deliberately omits key facts and information and her own communications. Defamatory and baseless allegations that the encounters between the couple were not 100 percent consensual will be debunked to the fullest extent permitted by law."According to the order, the woman has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress since the alleged assaults. She is also "absolutely terrified" of what will happen if all this information becomes public, as he is a prominent public figure. Trevor has many loyal fans that I fear will threaten my safety and resort to social media bashing. My safety is my concern. She said that she made the confession anyway because she was aware of the severity of her sexual assault. Trevor should not put another person through the same thing I went through.
