It was founded in 1921.After winning in a long civil conflict in 1949, the party has been ruling continuously for 72 years.Xi stated that the Chinese people would not allow foreign forces to oppress, bully or enslave them. Anyone who believes that they can do this will have their heads smashed and will spill blood on the Great Wall of Steel made from the blood and flesh of 1.4 million Chinese.Xi stated that China will not tolerate "sanctimonious preaching from other countries."Relations between China and the US are deteriorating. Other countries have become more critical of China's human rights record, including the imprisonment of millions of Uighur Muslims in camps.
