Brynn Anderson/Associated PressAtlanta Hawks star guard Trae Young will be questionable for Thursday's critical Game 5 matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks in Eastern Conference Finals due to a foot injury that he sustained in Game 3. The Hawks announced Wednesday.Adrian Wojnarowski, ESPN's reporter Wednesday, stated that Young is unlikely to play in Game 5.The 22-year old guard is one of the best in the NBA. He showed that during the regular season, scoring 25.3 points, 9.4 assists and 1.9 rebounds per game.Young's only obstacle to his progress in the playoffs was a foot injury he sustained Sunday. This kept Young out of Tuesday's Game 4, and now it threatens his status for Game 5.Young is not a good player for long periods of time. However, the Hawks have a talented and deceptively deep roster that can work together as a team.Young will not be the clear scorer, but Atlanta can get the job done with the help of John Collins and Bogdan Bogdanovic.Young will be out of commission, so Lou Williams, a veteran and three-time NBA Sixth Man Of The Year, is the guard's most likely to see an increase in production and playing time. Williams is also an offensive catalyst.Cam Reddish could get more playing time, despite the fact he hasn’t played much or contributed much during the postseason due to his injuries.Young is a player who can change the game and elevate the Hawks like no other. Although it is possible to be without Young, the Hawks have proven they can win without their best player. This is something that few NBA teams can claim.
