She documents 2 meetings she claims began as consensual sexual sex. But it turned into a violent attack.According to the 21-year-old accuser, Bauer met her on Instagram. She then drove from San Diego to Los Angeles on 21 April to meet the Dodgers star.Bauer began aggressively putting his hands down the woman's throat, according to the woman. According to the woman, he agreed to stop when she asked.The docs claim that Bauer then wrapped her hair around me and choked my neck. According to the alleged victim, she "lost consciousness."The woman claims that Bauer was having anal sex with Bauer when she awoke from her sleep. She denies consenting to the act, and even says that she didn't want it.Later in the evening, the victim claimed she was experiencing pain and bleeding from her anus. She didn't believe that TB was an imminent danger to her and so spent the night at his house.She claims that Bauer tried to make fun of her in the morning by asking "You feel a little sore today?"According to the woman, she was dissatisfied with Bauer's actions... and then left.The woman claims Trevor invited her to his L.A. home on May 15, 2021.She says that they reached an agreement on a safe word this time.According to the woman, Bauer choked her five minutes into their sexual encounter. She then lost consciousness again and, when she woke up from her dream, Trevor was punching her head and neck.Bauer claims Bauer was beaten and her lips were broken. Bauer tried to comfort Bauer by saying "You're safe." While rubbing her back, I'm here.The woman claims that she went to San Diego's hospital the next day for CT scans of her brain, neck, and face.When she was asked by doctors how she suffered the injuries, she claims that San Diego PD detectives were called. She says she was taken to another hospital, where she met the sexual assault team of the department.The woman submitted several photos of her alleged injuries as part of the restraining orders application. She also sent text messages and voicemails to TB.Bauer's reps say they have dozens of texts between them. This includes one exchange on May 9, after their first encounter, where the accuser passionately talked about being choked unconscious. According to her, she wrote: "Never been more turned in my life. All the pain. Rawr.She allegedly asked him to give her "a few slaps in here" and leave a mark on her butt.Bauer's camp claims it has shared the texts with Pasadena PD which is investigating the accusations. We reported that a judge granted Bauer a TRO. This means Bauer must remain away from the accuser... at most until July 23 when he can tell his side during a formal hearing.
