Trump Organization and its CFO indicted by Manhattan grand jury, report says

According to The Washington Post, the grand jury in Manhattan indicted Wednesday the Trump Organization and its long-serving finance chief Allen Weisselberg.According to the report, indictments against Weisselberg and the organization will remain sealed until Thursday afternoon. The Post reported that Weisselberg was expected to surrender on Thursday morning, citing sources.According to the Post, Weisselberg will be arraigned before a state judge later in the day. Trump Organization is also likely to be arraigned.According to unnamed sources, the charges revolve around Weisselberg's and other Trump Organization executives receiving bonuses without properly reporting them on their tax returns.Sources say that former President Donald Trump will not be indicted this week. However, indictments could result in possible fines or legal problems for his company. Another source said that prosecutors hope Weisselberg will give testimony against Trump to reduce his own risk.CNBC declined to comment on a request from Cyrus Vance Jr., Manhattan District Attorney.
