Report: Woman Arrested for Causing Tony Martin, Riders to Crash at Tour de France

It was found that she had caused "unintentional injury by manifestly deliberate violation or safety obligation."The following video is by Julien Lamoureux from Noovo Info. A woman put a sign in front of cyclists, which resulted in a huge pile-up.Tony Martin, a German rider, was the first to hit the sign. This set off a domino effect in the group behind him.According to TMZ Sports, the victim fled the scene following the crash. French authorities searched for her three days later.According to reports, the fan will be fined. However, other charges may be brought against the cyclist who was forced to withdraw from the race because of the crash.After the crash, Julian Alaphilippe, a French cyclist, won the stage and took the yellow jersey.Mathieu van den Poel, from the Netherlands, was the holder the yellow jersey.
