It is just minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood.Kelly seems to be establishing deep roots in L.A., following the announcement that "The Kelly Clarkson Show” will replace Ellen DeGeneres' time slot after the 19th season.Clarkson purchased her new property just days before she sold her Tennessee mega-mansion for $6.3million. It had been on the marketplace since 2017 and underwent several price drops before Clarkson finally unloaded it.Kelly also has an Encino mansion, CA that she owns. It is located just a few minutes west of her new digs. It is listed at $9 million. Kelly has been equally busy in showbiz and real estate lately.Her new Toluca Lake home is 5,000 square feet with five beds and seven baths. It also includes a guesthouse. You can also find everything outside: a swimming pool, spa and tennis court, as well as a gazebo.
