Marilyn Manson is being sued by another woman for sexual assault and battery. The lawsuit also contains disturbing allegations that Manson and his team strongly reject.New legal documents obtained by TMZ... model Ashley Morgan Smithline claim that the shock rocker first contacted her via social media in 2010 and said he wanted her to be in a film project. He also claimed that he had an obsession with her and called her "the perfect girl"She claims that he flew her from London to Los Angeles in Nov. 2010 and asked her to live in his apartment.Smithline claims that Manson sex with Smithline days after she moved in with him. Although she claims that she said no to him multiple times, he told her to stop and squeezed her ribs hard enough to inflict injuries on her vagina.According to the docs, she was again sexually assaulted by Manson the following month after he choked and forced her onto a bed. Smithline claims that Smithline "grabbed a knife near the bed and began to cut [her] shoulder and inner arm." Smithline claims that he "grabbed a knife next to the bed and began cutting [her] shoulder, inner arm, stomach, and stomach." She still has scars from those cuts.Another time, she claimed that he had broken her nose in forced sex.Smithline says they continued to date until January 2013. She claims Manson threatened her life and kept her in a dark place. He also physically abused her. Smithline says he used torture to keep her under control.She is also suing for sexual assault and battery.We've already reported that Manson was also sued by Esme Bianco (Game of Thrones actress), and another unnamed accuser for sexual assault.A spokesperson for Manson told TMZ that they strongly denied Ms. Smithlines claims. We wouldn't know where else to start to address the many lies in her claims. The relationship, in the limited sense that it was one, lasted less then a week in 2010.
