In the next few weeks, the feature, called Movement Health, will become available to Halo members via the Halo app. When the feature is available, you can start a quick assessment of your movement health by opening Halo on your best Android phones and setting your phone camera up. You will be guided through five simple movements: single leg balances; forward lunges; overhead squats; overhead reaches; and feet together. As you do the exercises, Halo will use computer vision and machine-learning to evaluate your body and identify any limitations in mobility, stability, or posture.Once the assessment is complete, you will receive a score of 100 on your overall movement and details about your limitations. Amazon claims that the assessment is comparable to a personal assessment with a professional trainer.Halo will help you improve your movement health by providing you with a customized program of corrective exercises videos and guided instruction from Dr. Kelly Starrett, a renowned coach/physical therapist.Dr. Starrett explained the importance of movement health in a statement.
