A Coliving apartment has four to six rooms and can house up to 12 people. It is designed for both leisure and corporate travelers.The apartments turnkey room layout can be used for private or business purposes. It also provides an area that can be used to share a multifunctional space. Coliving apartments can be used for extended stays and provide all the amenities guests require to live, work, and sleep comfortably. The apartment offers all the flexibility and freedoms that guests desire, as well as the benefits that Adagio provides its guests.Coliving's first flat is being constructed at the Aparthotel Paris Bercy. It will be open to guests in autumn 2021. The brand hopes to expand the concept to its international portfolio shortly after.The innovative Adagio design team developed Coliving in collaboration with Numro 111. Numro 111 is well-known for its creative concepts for private property ownership and rental flats, as well as the hotel industry. Coliving is flexible and adapts to the guests' needs. It architecturally blends privacy and community. You will find private areas where you can relax and there are communal spaces that can be used for working or meeting. The four pillars of coliving are: Flexibility – Flowing Transitions, Community – Service.The community's energy!Coliving flats have communal areas that are open to all and not just one function. Open design allows for different aspects of daily living to co-exist without interruption. This is the Aparthotels Adagio's "The Circle", a flexible communal area with a large table, and the "Library of Things". The central area of the Coliving Apartment is the communal area. From it, the private spaces radiate in a star-shaped shape.Each apartment has a communal area that is tailored to the needs of each target group. The large, warm kitchen is available for leisure guests. There's also a cozy living room with a TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The large bar table in kitchen can be transformed into a work area, with computers sockets. Presentations on large monitors are done in the living room. The screen is provided with structure by a large, open bookcase. This allows for freedom of movement and exchange, without feeling restricted.The lounge area is furnished with carefully selected furniture and decorative items. With its iconic Togo sofa from Ligne Roset and its ergonomic shape, it is ideal for relaxing. It is flanked with armchairs, and footrests. The timeless sofa is upholstered in cognac-coloured leather to enhance the feeling of "at home".Privacy is guaranteedThe Coliving apartments were designed with privacy in mind. Each resident has their own bedroom, an office corner, ample storage space, and their own bathroom. Numro 112 carefully chose the materials and colours to create a cozy feeling of a private home. The bedroom is warm with merbau tones wood furniture, curtains, and pillows, while the bathroom's dominant colours are grey-green and Terracotta.
