AP Photo/Brynn AndersonAfter defeating the Milwaukee Bucks 110 to 88 on Tuesday, the Atlanta Hawks have evened their Eastern Conference Finals series at two games each.Although the Hawks won all four quarters with dominance, the game was marred in the third quarter by Giannis Antetokounmpo's scary injury. He had left the game with a left leg hyperextension.His brother, Bucks forward Thanasis Antitokounmpo, assisted him to the court, along with other staff members.The Hawks were shorthanded, and Trae Young, their star guard, was unable to play due to a bone fracture in his right foot. They led 62-52, with 7:14 remaining in the third quarter, at the time Antetokounmpo's injury.After a floater by Bucks guard Jrue holiday, the Hawks responded with an 15-0 run that included three Bogdan Bogdanovic three-pointers. This gave them a 77-54 advantage. Atlanta led the rest of the game by at least 19 points.Lou Williams, who was Young's starting line-up, scored 21 points, shooting 7-of-9 (5-of-6 from beyond the foul line) He was the leader of six players scoring 10 or more, including Bogdanovic who had 18 points on six three-pointers.Milwaukee seeks its first NBA Finals appearance in over 40 years. He averaged 6.5 points per game in 13.0 minutes. In this postseason, he only played 18 minutes per game.All that changed on Tuesday when Nate McMillan, the head coach, decided to substitute Young for Williams because the Bucks were shorthanded and faced tough odds.Williams changed the script and led the Hawks to an important win. This not only tied the series, but also forced a return to Atlanta for Game 6.Atlanta got off to a strong start with the veteran scoring seven points during a 15-5 opening run. He finished that performance with a three-pointer against Bucks forward Khris Midton.In the second quarter, he returned to work and found rookie center Onyeka OKongwu.Williams' greatest play was a five point swing at the end of the frame.Middleton missed an opportunity to cut the Hawks' lead by missing a three-pointer. Instead, Williams reacted to the long rebound by hitting Antetokounmpo a jumper that gave the Hawks a 47-36 advantage.He scored 13 points in the second half.In the third quarter, it was Williams and Bogdanovic's show. Williams scored six points and had four assists. He also hit a clutch three for Atlanta, giving it a 60-50 lead.Williams was a skilled coach, but he found Bogdanovic multiple times for threes.Williams started the good vibes at State Farm Arena. Clint Capela even took this circus shot above the backboard.The Hawks won the game and were two wins away from the NBA Finals.Giannis is Injured after Bucks Blown OutEvidently, all the other events that took place to the Bucks Tuesday are nothing compared to Antetokounmpo's health and well-being.Unfortunately, injuries have been a regular occurrence throughout the season. However, it has been especially prevalent during the playoffs. There are even All-Star teams that can be formed for players who miss too much time.As the teams battle for their full strength, it is possible that Antetokounmpo and Young can return to Game 5 with the hope of a win.Antetokounmpo, on the Bucks' side, is obviously very difficult to replace.Milwaukee was not playing well on either side of the ball before Antetokounmpo was hurt, but the Bucks were still in it. They had only 10 points left and the game was almost over.But Milwaukee was unable to recover from his departure and Atlanta outscored Milwaukee by 12 points for the remainder. With four minutes left, the Bucks waved the white flag to clear the bench.Stars have had a rough time in the playoffs, and it's continuing to be so.The Western Conference Finals saw Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul miss Games 1 and 2, while Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Lenard has been out with a right knee injury.Marc Stein, New York Times, says it's the point when an unfortunate record has been made.The Bucks won the game, but it was an event that was hard to forget. However, from a wider perspective, another NBA player was injured and had to miss some time.Although Antetokounmpo may be fine and will return to Game 5, his illness is a reminder of the depressing nature of this year’s playoffs.What's next?Game 5 will be played in Milwaukee on Thursday, at 8:30 p.m. ET at Fiserv Forum
