ATLANTA -- Atlanta Hawks star Trae Youn has been ruled out for Game 4 of Eastern Conference finals with a deep bone bruise on his right foot. The team made the announcement shortly before tip-off.Young was replaced by Lou Williams.Young tried every possible avenue to get back to play. But, sources said that Young was unable to do so because of severe pain and a lack of mobility.Sources say Young will continue rehab in the hope of returning to Game 5.Young stepped on Sean Wright's right foot 36 seconds into the third quarter of Game 3 on Sunday. Young returned briefly to the locker room before returning to the game just nine minutes later.Young, who scored 32 points in the first three quarters on Sunday, was not as explosive when he returned. The bone bruise was discovered by an MRI Monday.
