A bug in Twitter's web client led to some people believing that the toggle to switch between a chronological and algorithmic feed had been removed. According to an old support document, Twitter was taking down all recent tweets from its website. The situation was later addressed by Kayvon Beykpour, Twitter's official support account, and noted that it was a software problem that the company had since fixed.
