According to sources familiar with the plans, the Biden administration is drafting an executive order that directs agencies to strengthen oversight in industries they believe are dominated by a few companies. This will be a broad-based attempt to limit the power of big business across the economy.President Joe Biden could sign the executive order as soon as next week. It would direct regulators in all industries, including aviation and agriculture, to rethink their rules-making process in order to increase competition and give workers, consumers and suppliers more rights and challenges to large producers.
