Lori Daybell indicted in fourth husband's death in Arizona. She moved to Idaho soon after

On Tuesday, Lori Vallow Daybell was indicted by an Arizona grand jury on a charge related to conspiracy to murder in the death Charles Vallow.According to a Maricopa County Arizona Attorneys Office press release, the indictment claims that Daybell and her brother Alex Cox conspired to murder Charles Vallow on July 11, 2019. Cox called 911 on the day Vallow was killed, claiming that he had shot Vallow in self defense at his Chandler, Arizona home.Cox was not charged as he died from natural causes on December 12, 2019.Maricopa County Attorney Allister Adl stated that complex, difficult cases like these require time to investigate and solve. I am grateful for the many hours that the Chandler Police Department officers have put in, and my office will do everything possible to bring Charles Vallows to justice.Lori moved to Rexburg in the months that followed Vallows death to be close to Chad Daybell. Chad's wife Tammy Daybell died Oct. 19, 2019 after Vallows children, Tylee Ryan (16 years old) and Joshua JJ Vallow (7 year old), vanished on separate dates in September 2019.READ THE ARIZONA INDICTMENT HEREThey were married in November 2019, and then fled to Hawaii where they remained until Loris' arrest in February 2020. Chad was a free man until investigators found JJ's and Tylees' bodies on Chads Idaho property, June 9, 2020.A Fremont County grand jury indicted Lori (and Chad) on various charges including first-degree murder for Tammy Daybell's deaths, Tylee JJ Vallow, and Joshua JJ Vallow. Chad and Lori also face charges related to the destruction, alteration, and concealment the bodies of the children.Loris' case was stayed or placed on hold after a judge committed Loris to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Loris was deemed unfit to stand trial by a mental health professional.Chad is due to stand trial before a jury in November. It is expected that the trial will last for five weeks. He has pleaded guilty to all charges.Jennifer Liewer, a spokeswoman of the Maricopa County Attorneys Office said that Daybells Idaho will be resolved before she is charged in Arizona.
