Kyle Massey, who is best known for his role as Cory Baxter in Disney's "That's So Raven", and "Cory in the House," now faces a felony charge for allegedly sending pornographic material he knew to a girl aged 13.According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Massey has been charged with one count for communication with a minor for sexual purposes. Massey, a former Disney star, is accused of sending the girl sexually explicit content electronically between December 2018 and January 2019.According to our sources, the case is related to the March 2019 civil suit -- Massey was sued by $1.5 million for sending "numerous explicit sexual text messages, images and videos" via Snapchat. However, he claimed that he was being extorted.Initially, the girl's legal team opted to file a civil lawsuit against Massey. However, according to new documents, the suit went nowhere. She claims her lawyers told her that Massey didn't have enough money to make it worthwhile. She then said she went to the Sheriff's Office and filed a report.Police claim they started investigating the case in 2020. The girl's mom told police that she knew Massey since she was four years old.According to police, the thumb drive contained the explicit material Massey sent Snap as a 13-year-old. Cops claim the recordings include a pornographic clip and a video showing Massey exposing his penis.
