Remedy's Project Condor is a multiplayer spinoff of Control

Developer Remedy Entertainment has announced the creation of a new game codenamed Condor. This will be a multiplayer spinoff for Control. Project Condor has not been released. We do not know the price or what story beats it will have. However, Remedy's press release states that it will be a cooperative four-player PvE (players vs. environments) game. It will be built using Northlight, which is the same engine that was used in Control. It will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.505 Games will publish the game. Project Condor, a multiplayer game with the potential to engage gamers, will contribute to the 505 Games product revenue stream for longer periods of time than traditional games. This was shared by the co-CEOs at Digital Bros Group, which operates the publisher.505 Games and Remedy shared their plans to collaborate on a Control game with a larger budget. The press release states that the companies have agreed to high-level collaboration terms. It could take a while until we see the next installment.Remedy Entertainment doesn't just focus on Control. CrossfireX is being developed by Remedy Entertainment alongside Smilegate, the Korean developer who created the FPS Crossfire. The developer also joined Epic Games Publishing as an associate. As of March 2020, it stated that the publishing agreement covered two titles: one large-scale production and one smaller game set in the universe.
