Red Savannah, a luxury travel company, has acquired Homebase Abroad (a 26-year-old U.S. firm that specializes on the Italian villa market).Red Savannah, a U.K.-based company, announced the acquisition Monday. All Homebase Abroad bookings will be transferred to Red Savannah beginning January. Mara Solomon, Homebase's founder, director and Red Savannah Ambassador, will remain involved, the company stated.
