Red Savannah takes over US-based villa operator

Red Savannah, a specialist operator, has purchased Homebase Abroad, a US-based provider of villas in Italy for an undisclosed amount.Red Savannah will acquire the first company to help it expand its reach in the US. This market is Red Savannah's second largest, representing 45% of its business.All Homebase Abroad bookings will be switched to Red Savannah starting January 1, 2022.
