Microsoft has not shied away from talking about Arm with Windows 11. It is likely that Arm users will find native apps more efficient than emulation and offer better performance. However, it is a bit awkward that it took so much time for a 64-bit Arm edition of Office to arrive on Windows M1 Macs. The native version arrived late last year. Microsoft also mentions that some features have not yet been added to the Arm version. However, this is to be expected considering that it's currently in beta.To be able to test 64-bit Office on an Arm Windows machine, users must also be enrolled in the Office Insider Program. Before installing the beta version of Office, they will need to remove any 32-bit Office versions that they have already installed. You should be able turn on the redesign from the Coming Soon pane of Word, Excel PowerPoint, PowerPoint or OneNote if you are running Office beta on Windows 10 or 11.
