The boat will have 39 apartments on six floors and prices starting at $11 million.According to a press release, the 728-foot-long superyacht Somnio is due to be launched in 2024. It has an estimated build cost $600 million. Azzam, the world's largest yacht, measures just 600 feet.Each luxury apartment will have its own gym and starts at $11.2million. You can only offer to purchase if invited.Carl Le Souef is leading the project. He is also responsible for Somnio Global which is a sustainable technology company. The architecture of the large yacht was created by Tillberg Design, a Swedish design firm, and Winch Design, based in London.According to the press release, all apartments will have a kitchen and a gym, library, as well as dining areas inside and out on the terrace.
