Paul Archuleta/FilmMagicJoe Schilling, a mixed martial artist, claimed he was self-defense after he knocked out a man in a bar video that went viral.Schilling seems to be trying to avoid a man standing between a table and a bar. The man appears to then confront Schilling, before Schilling punches him twice in the face. Schilling is sent to the ground.Schilling posted on Instagram that "self defense is not what this country's about anymore." Schilling also stated that he had video of the incident, and used the hashtag "f-k racists."Over the course of his career, Schilling, 37, has participated in kickboxing as well as boxing. In his last fight for Bellator 229, the Ohio native lost against Tony Johnson. He was released in October.
