Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been around for two-and-a half years. In that time, players have received 11 new characters. It is difficult to add so many characters to the game, but it becomes even more impressive when you think about where they came from. Super Smash Bros. DLC characters. Ultimate includes a mix of genres and games, such as Joker from Persona 5 and Minecrafts Steve and Alex. Sephiroth is from Final Fantasy VII.The addition of Tekkens Kazuya, Tekkens Kazuya, to Super Smash Bros. has been revealed. Ultimate has one remaining spot for another fighter. There have been many debates about who the next fighter should become if you've spoken to the game in the last year. Sora from Kingdom Hearts was a favourite, as is Super Mario RPGs Geno, until he was made into a Mii Fighter costume. Waluigi is a request quite often but would be too powerful to fight the other fighters. There is one spot left on the Super Smash Bros. Ultimates roster. Jokes aside, there will be a lot of debates about who should take that spot. Although I don't have any specific suggestions, I think the game's list of DLC characters should finish with a Nintendo character.Stay true to Smashes rootsIt would be a Nintendo exclusive Smash character, which would eliminate a lot of the characters fans hope for. But, it's time to look beyond our desires and consider the context of Super Smash Bros. UltimateThe majority of characters in the game are not from Nintendo-owned games, and some of the default fighters in the game aren't either. Super Smash Bros, or Nintendo. Masahiro Sakurai is the ultimate game director and has transformed the game into an enormous video game melting pot. No matter how long you've played Smash or what type of games you play, there is almost always a Smash character that you recognize. This is a feat that the series has been striving for for more than two decades.Super Smash Bros. existed before any of this, however. It was not a place where the hottest characters would appear, nor were developers or publishers able to advertise their characters (although Nintendo is notorious for doing that). It feels hollow to give the last slot to Fortnites Jonesy, for example.Jonesy isn't an iconic, beloved character. His history is not as rich as that of many characters on the game's roster. To me, Jonesy would be a sellout character. It would seem like Nintendo was just selling off the last spot. These characters should be able to connect with players and make them remember a previous gaming experience.A rich history is honouredI can't tell you who my pick is to fill the last spot on this roster. Nintendo's vast library contains many characters that people love and hate. The final character must be ceremonial, as a tribute to Nintendo and its games. It should also reflect the essence of Nintendo. It could be Geno or Waluigi, or any other Nintendo character, but I'm not sure.Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is Nintendos. It's not Square Enixs or Microsofts. It doesn't matter what character you are hoping for or the hype surrounding it. Consider how bizarre it would be to finish a Smash game with no character from the company that created it.Recommendations of Editors
