In meeting with US, Israel expresses serious reservations on Iran nuclear deal

He also pledged to correct "the mistakes" made between the two countries over recent years.The first meeting between the U.S. Secretary and Lapid since Israel's new government was installed two weeks ago saw Antony Blinken, U.S. Secretary for State, and Lapid discuss Israel's normalization agreements with Gulf Arab countries. Blinken stated that he would also raise the issue of humanitarian aid to Gaza.Indirect talks have been held between Iran and the United States to revive the 2015 nuclear agreement between Tehran and major powers.
