Good Morning AmericaAfter allegedly breaking into a bank, a man was arrested. He allegedly stole loose change and a can of soda before fleeing the scene. After bank employees reported that the business had been broken into overnight, Sergeant Zotos of the Stafford County Sheriffs Office in Stafford was summoned to Carter Bank & Trust. Sergeant Zotos arrived at the bank and began reviewing surveillance footage from the previous day. He found that a suspect, later identified as James Rupe, 48, of Roadsville, Virginia, had used construction scaffolding outside the bank to gain access the roof. Then, he fell through the drop ceiling and climbed down scaffolding inside.
