YMC has joined forces with Northampton-based footwear purveyors SOLOVAIR for a concise set of unisex footwear. Featured is the Walking Boot and the Monk Shoe, crafted in fine full-grain leather in classic palettes of dark brown and black.
Complete with high-padded collars, a wide midfoot and a substantial toe cap, the Walking Boots take on a chunky build with subtle details for a minimal feel. Round laces are held by metal eyelets while extra fabrics along the gussets protect the tongue from abrasion. A sleeker silhouette is the Monk Shoe, coming with low cut collars and a sharper toe. A small belt strap around the upper quarter gives the muted silhouette an interesting, yet tidy look. Both silhouettes incorporate SOLOVAIR's signature Sole-Of-Air PVC sole, for durability and added comfort.
The YMC x SOLOVAIR Monk Shoes and Walking Boots are currently available at youmustcreate.com for $215 USD and $275 USD, respectively.
Elsewhere, KAPITAL has added its smiley motif to its MA-1 sneakers.
