[New offer] 10% back on Hyatt via Chase Offer (up to $25 back)

Update 8/7/20: The previous offer ended on 8/3, but a new targeted offer for Hyatt has appeared for some Chase cardholders with the same terms as below but now expiring 10/5/20. Last time, some members were targeted for 10% back and others for 15% back. This time, Stephen was targeted for 10% back on his World of Hyatt credit card. I didn't find it on any of the cards in my household. YMMV.

There is a new highly targeted Chase Offer out that's good for 10% back when you spend $100 or more (up to $25 back on $250) at any Hyatt hotel (including Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt House, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Regency, or Park Hyatt hotels).

Quick Thoughts

Again, this one appears to be highly targeted. Stephen found it on a World of Hyatt credit card and old Hyatt credit card in his household, but I didn't find it on any cards in my household.

If you have this offer, be sure to sync it to your card and then be sure to use the card for the maximum amount on the first swipe. This offer is not cumulative - so if you use it once on a stay that costs $100, you'll only get $10 back even if you have subsequent Hyatt stays. You'd therefore ideally use this on a stay of $250. For the same reason, you may want to avoid using the card synced with this offer at check- in since the hotel may take some smaller deposit initially that could trigger a smaller bonus - I'd instead wait and use the card at check out for the final bill (I'm not sure this is necessary, but it's the strategy I'd follow).

The savings here isn't huge, but if it's always worth syncing something like this in case it unexpectedly becomes useful.
