Things are getting interesting south of the Las Vegas Blvd. & Tropicana Avenue intersection.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported today that Gaming and Leisure Properties wants to sell the Tropicana resort and casino (which is a DoubleTree hotel, FWIW).
Across the street, rumors are swirling Luxor faces implosion. (If that happens, book a north-facing room at Mandalay Bay or Delano - if they let you.)
But the pyramid and sphinx might not be the only resort turning to dust. Does its neighbor to the north face a similarly uncertain future?
