Television program Inside Edition discovered three New York City hotels - including a Trump hotel and a Hyatt property - didn't change bedding or properly clean many surfaces in the room.
The Trump property essentially claimed IE 's report is fake news and backed itself up with the hotel's history of awards.
The other two hotels were far more humble and launched internal investigations.
