Airline passengers denied boarding because of elevated temperatures will receive refunds from certain carriers.

And that may come in handy for those who fly American Airlines - because that carrier is ending its social distancing measures on flights.

Those are some of today's travel headlines I thought you, too, may find interesting.

Fox News Travel reports that seven major US airlines will issue refunds to passengers who temperatures are deemed by the TSA to be too high.

Alaska, American, Delta, Hawaiian, JetBlue, Southwest, and United "will follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's guidance on elevated temperatures, which the public health institute defines as those of 100.4 degrees F or higher."

The LVRJ reports lots of people in Las Vegas are wearing masks - but not correctly. (Folks, it's a mask. It's not that damn hard.)

We wrote a few weeks ago about the Explore America tax credit that was being bandied about. But it's actually been proposed - and TravelPulse reports, "In the proposal, the vacation credit would increase to $8,000 for citizens who file jointly and dependent children would add another $500 each. The tax break would be retroactive to January 1."
