June is a special month for Team ATPB, as we celebrate the relaunch of our site and reflecting on the year gone by. We also honor Juneteenth, the oldest nationally-commemorated day observing the end of slavery in the United States.
This year, June has once again been a catalyst in Black community with the Black Lives Matter movement and anti-police brutality reaching the entire world. We've seen people call out industries and witnessed communities come together to fight the injustices that marginalized communities face on a day-to-day basis.
One of the best ways to honor our community is by amplifying their voices and spending money on Black-owned businesses . Tamu put together a selection of outfits, art and literature featuring Black authors, artists and fashion designers.
