The SOS team has been keeping our quarantine days occupied with work, fun activities and everything in between. This video is a pretty accurate portrayal of our lives in L.A. and how we have been staying positive and hopeful. Below are 16 more things that you can do while self-isolating at home. See below and stay healthy friends.

1. Read a book

"A book is a magical thing that lets you travel to far-away places without ever leaving your chair." - Katrina Mayer. Pick up the book that you've been putting off to read, or choose one from our book recommendations. Join our SOS Book Club where we read a book every month, discuss it together and share in the comment section. For the month of April, we are reading Where the Crawdads Sing.

2. At home karaoke

All you need is a cool mic and YouTube - there is a karaoke version for probably every song. Just make sure you don't blast the music too loud for the sake of your neighbors.

Staying in doesn't mean you can't be active. Working out enhances your immune system and lifts your mood like no other. Here is an easy at home workout that targets abs and booty.

4. Binge watch movies and TV shows

There's nothing wrong with binge watching. Right now is the perfect time to start a new show or rewatch your favorite ones from the beginning to the end. Don't know what to watch? We got you here.

5. At-home Spa

Self care is so important so make sure to take the time for yourself. Brew some herbal tea and walk around with a face mask in your pjs and bathrobe. We are making our own hair mask with all natural ingredients, stay tuned for a detailed tutorial!

6. Take a course from Ivy League Universities

This website has a list of free online courses that range from business to art to personal development.

9. Make your own nail art

Check out our DIY nail art inspired by some SOS pieces here. More inspo here.

10. Create TikTok videos

It's fun to watch TikTok videos and more fun to make them! Here 's one you can start.

11. Organize your closet

Go through your clothes, re-evaluate them and decide what should stay and what should go. Garments that you haven't worn the last few seasons or over a year are probably taking up unnecessary space and it's a sign that you should let go of them. Set aside those pieces for donating or selling.

Animal Crossing is a trending game on Switch where you get to create a home, interact with friends and other players. Another good one is Just Dance 2020, which is the ultimate dancing game that doubles as a good cardio workout.

13. Dress up to take a selfie

Yes, dress up to go nowhere even if it's just for the gram, it will also help boost your mood. Try to style something three different ways like a crop top or a blazer. Here 's an example from us.

14. Kitchen makeover

Now that you are cooking every meal (unless you use Postmates), you spend more time in the kitchen. Give your kitchen a makeover that it deserves with some kitchen upgrading tips from us.

15. Make pottery at home

There are a lot of online tutorials on how to make pottery at home. Here is one by Rachel Saunders. All you need is clay and some basic tools you can find on Amazon. The SOS team is ready to try this and will report back!

16. Have a backyard picnic

If you don't have a backyard, your living room works as well! You'll need: a blanket, a picnic basket with a serveware set, utensils and of course, food and drinks. Those vegan brownies and vegan buffalo cauliflower mentioned above are the perfect options. The important part is to dress up like how you would for an actual picnic in the park. Don't forget to document it and share it on Instagram. We'd love to see!
