Accor Live Limitless sent out emails two weeks ago (read more here) about their coronavirus response in regards to reservation cancellations and refunds (read more here) and how they will handle status qualification.

Elite members have been gifted (check your account) 50% of the number of nights and points for the status level they qualified in 2019.

We know that earning ALL - Accor Live Limitless Points and Status is important to you. Understanding that travel plans are being significantly disrupted, we will be crediting 50% of the status nights and points required to achieve your current status level. We will keep you informed of any additional changes to the program as the situation continues to evolve.

Good that Accor Live Limitless was able to come up and execute the status qualification formula promptly when the booking cancellation/refunds took a while and are still unsatisfactory.

ALL here assumes that the shock to the travel would be in effect lost 6 months. We will know in a few months if this is the case or not. It would have been simpler if they had just extended everyone's status by a year.
