Apps that'll make working out at home easy for people of all ages (including kids) and fitness levels. Plus, many are offering discounts right now, making it easier than ever to sweat at home.

With social distancing happening around the country, getting to a gym just isn't an option anymore. But that doesn't mean you have to let your fitness regimen distance itself too. Working out at home is a great option, and these apps will help you do it with ease (and a little sweat).
Here are some of the best (and my personal favorite) apps to get you through this time:

Yoga Wake Up / Via instagram.com

Instead of waking up to a jarring alarm clock and then spending a good 10 minutes scrolling through social media, you can transform your morning routine with this app. It brings you easy, audio-guided yoga and meditation right to your bedroom. You can pick from many different styles, such as morning stretching while still in bed or ones that get you energized to get out of bed and start the day. All of the practices include audio guides with accompanying playlists featuring music from legends such as Prince and Bob Marley or simply instruments. Just pick your practice the night before, download it, set the time you want to wake up, and fall asleep knowing the practice will be there for you in the morning. Plus, there are also specific styles to help kids wake up and go to sleep better (which might be really helpful, since there's no real schedule at the moment).

You can download the app here and get a seven-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is $9.99/month, $34.99/six months, or $53.99/year.

And if you need some extra motivation, just pretend Jerry from Cheer is there telling you that you can do it!!
