AMC has announced that The Walking Dead season 10 finale will be postponed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Producers at AMC have said that they were not able to finish the final episode given the current situations the world faces with coronavirus. This means that fans will be able to catch the penultimate episode next month, but will have to wait for the planned final episode to air as a one-off special later next year.

The network said, "Current events have unfortunately made it impossible to complete post-production of The Walking Dead season 10 finale, so the current season will end with its 15th episode on April 5." However, producers have stressed that the wait might be worthwhile, adding that when the finale does come it will be "an epic, action-packed thriller with plenty of surprises."

Filming of The Walking Dead season 11 has also been postponed following the outbreak of COVID-19.

In other news, eNASCAR's first virtual race became the most-watched eSports event of all time.
